How do they partner with CCH? Circulate San Diego is a longtime partner of COI and has been instrumental is helping us organize walk and park audits. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to her neighborhood of Logan Heights and helps us determine the best way to parter with Circulate San Diego on projects.
