News and Stories AHL Program Selects its Grantees News | August 08, 2022 The Advancing Health Literacy (AHL) program is happy to announce that 12 grantees have been awarded funding for their health literacy projects: City Heights CDC Comité Organizador Latino de City Heights (COLCH) Epiphany Women in Focus Multicultural Health Foundation Neighborhood Healthcare Olivewood Gardens Project 1:1 Project New Village San Diego Refugee Communities Coalition San Diego Rescue Mission San Ysidro Health South Bay Community Services (SBCS) This project was supported by Award Number 1CPIMP211287-01-00 issued by the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health of the U.S. 42 Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a financial assistance award totaling $4,000,000 with 100 percent funded by the Office of Minority Health/OASH/HHS.
